Elizabeth had three small boys at home and needed to earn an income but be able to manage her household and raise her children (with the assistance of her husband). She started and stopped a couple of new businesses and findly found a match with being a jewelry consultant for Premier Designs. She loves being a team leader for other consultants and being able to manage her workload based on what she determines her income needs are. This is a very inspirational show for those of you that are on the fence as to whether or not you want to start your own small business. And, Elizabeth provides a great perspective on the role of outside sales. I also continue with reviewing the parts of a business plan for your new small business.
